Vizard Question

I have no intention of becoming a vizard (even though I may find a way to just get the mask. xD )

but I was rather curious. What are the rules here about vizards? They have obvious advantages over normal shinigami, which can be rather unfair. (also, we really don't know much about them)

I didn't know how everyone here thought about them, so I figured I would raise a forum discussion on it.

well...before that can be addressed...i think there needs to be more members...cause if everyone is a high ranking person...then there will be no minions for anyone lol
