New Groups / New Group rights

I made the following new Groups:
--Espada (Since it wasn't a real "group". Still need to know who the members of the Espada are, so PM me who's in the Espada)
--12th and 13th Division(We didn't have any)
--Kidō Corps(We didn't have this)
--Royal Guard(We didn't have this)

Rights changed:
--Every Group Captain(Exept "Captains" Group) has now the right to moderate in it's own Category!(Means, Div. 12 had full rights in the 12th Div etc.)
--Captains Group: This Group has the right to moderate the whole forum, since only mods/admins are members of it. Dunno what this Group's about, to Dark, please explain me..
